Pedagogia da alternância: uma proposta metodológica para a UNED Novo Paraíso

Abstract

This work can be characterized as a qua litative research, that for his execution resources and techniques of documental, descriptive bibliographical research and etnográfica of socialeducation stamp were used. This work has as general objective to propose the Pedagogy of the Alternation (PA) as suitable methodological procedure for the implementation of the Pedagogic Project of the Unit of Teaching Decentralized Novo Paraíso - UNED, that is a agricultural school, extension of CEFET-RR, located in the south area of the state of Roraima, with the mission of presenting the professional education fo r the man of the field. The challenge of this work was to reconcile in a proposal the attention and valorization, so much of the school while I space social and instrument of formation of the citizenship, as of the community and of the student's concrete reality as learning atmosphere. In that perspective, the following problem was formulated: Can the Pedagogy of the Alternation be presented as a viable proposal for the implementation of the Pedagogic Project of UNED Novo Paraíso?. The studies was done in the solution search for that problem involved besides bibliographical research and consultation to documents, done the questionnaire application to the servants of UNED and the interview accomplishment also semi- structured with residents of the area. Those procedures made possible the collection of subsidies that guaranteed the textual elaboration of this work through the production of the following chapters: Chapter I - Pedagogy of the Alternation, with a historical summary on his appearance, their origins and current context in Brazil; Chapter II - Education and Society, discusses the main theories of organization of the society and the functions of the education in the social context; Chapter III - Introduction to the Study of the Complexity, approaches the foundations of the theory of the complexity in the perspective of the man`s of the field action and his interaction with the environment in that he lives; Chapter IV - Family Agriculture and Maintainable Development, presents and it discusses the concepts of Family Agriculture and Maintainable Development while guiding and inspiring beginnings of the production model for the small rural producer; Chapter V - Methods and Procedures of Research, it presents the method and the research procedures adopted in the elaboration of this work; Chapter VI - Pedagogic Proposal for Implementation of the PA, with base in the previous studies proposes the specifying of the suitable methodological procedures for use of the PA as strategy for execution of the Pedagogic Project of UNED Novo Paraíso. In the Final Considerations it was reached the conclusion that the objectives proposed in the accomplishment of this work were fully reached and that the lifted up question as problem can be answered positively. Then, the answer is yes, the PA can be presented and systematized as strategy for implementation of the Pedagogic Project of UNED Novo Paraíso with great perspectives and success possibilities.
