A Contribuição da Metodologia de Análise e Solução de Problemas (MASP) para a Aprendizagem Organizacional no Instituto Nacional de Câncer José Alencar Gomes da Silva - INCA

Abstract

This work aims to use the Methodology of Analysis and Problem Solving (MASP), as one of the main quality tools used in Brazil and contribute to the deepening of the theme Organizational Learning, integrating theory with practice. The identification of problems in the management of the fifteen units of the José Alencar Gomes da Silva National Cancer Institute (INCA), located in Rio de Janeiro and the proposal of solutions through the creation of a collaborative network among all managers, knowledge of the methodology together with the information obtained about the Institution and its units made possible the adoption of the MASP, which has eight phases and is supported by several quality tools. ln this way, the methodology allowed to identify solutions of problems by eliminating the root causes. The result obtained with the MASP was the construction of an Internal Regulation of the Administrations of the Units of INCA, an institutional document that will contribute to the process of continuous improvement of each unit of the Institution through a set of standardized norms and accessible to any person.
