A construção de um imaginário Acreano, na perspectiva da Arte e da educação

Abstract

This paper proposes a presentation and a discussion about the construction of public images in the Acre state, relying on technical issues and subjective interpretations , according to three propositions : the official power that emerged in the urban scene in the last 15 years; the country reality that was converted to images by the author of the dissertation , the local artists who have gained strength and prominence at the ending of the decades of the twentieth century and at the first decades of the twenty-one century. Images always been, and nowadays more than ever, they are a great way of spreading ideas and knowledge generation. In our discussions we intend to prove that the construction of the Acre imaginary has been heavily appropriated by the government, in a high level of tendencies to political publicity. On the other hand, this political comand has favored in some of his actions, the affirmation of the local cultural values by artists expression. This dissertation is supported on the purpose of a need for development of the interface between art education and lack of citizenship.
