A produção textual escrita no espaço escolar agrícola: das marcas de oralidade à proficiência da escrita

Abstract

This research is based on the textual linguistic. The present work deals, specifically, with the written textual production in the agricultural education. The aims evaluate possible progresses reached by student, after studying Portuguese Language for three years, during the farming technician course, that is carried out concomitantly to the regular middle course of the "Escola Agrotécnica Federal de Senhor do Bonfim-BA - EAFSB-BA , concerning the production of argumentative dissertations . The methodology of study was the qualitative one, based on the documental analysis. The corpus has already consisted of 40 texts: 20 (twenty) initial texts and 20 (twenty) final texts, written by the same students. The texts were written for the selection examination, in 2004, and after the students finished their studies in the EAFSB-BA, in 2006. The documental analysis was also carried out for the Course Plans and National Curricular Parameters middle course. The comparison between initial and final texts, at microstructure level, revealed big ones advances concerning the linguistic abilities, especially, concerning the vocabulary, the orthography and punctuation marks. However, a macrostructure evaluation revealed lower advances since the students are still constructing abilities that can support opinions in written texts.
