Estudo sobre aplicação e desenvolvimento de conceitos matemáticos na realidade do curso Ensino Técnico em Zootecnia

Abstract

In this work we search itself, through the studied reality, identify the fragmentation of the mathematical knowledge as well as the difficulty of its application in a technical course and, based in this reality, to present contributions of contextua lization of this discipline in the course of zootecnia, specifically in the disciplines Milk livestock farm, Poutry breeding sector and fish farming. The approach of this work is of qualitative nature and the used methodological support was the research on the course s plans of the Escola Agrotécnica Federal de Barbacena, interviews with the teachers directly involved in the process and participation in the classes of the referred disciplines of the technical course. We suggest a work with the mathematical contents more used in those disciplines and the application of an initial module about those contents in order to heal or to reduce the problem. We conclude that the fragmentation of the mathematics with the reality, can be minimized or solved through an efficient and effective work of interdisciplinarity, at the same time that a parallel work of the contents is introduced to serve from base to the technical disciplines.
