Abstract

the present study bring memories of three former directors of the School of Education Infant the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro who stayed longer in office and contributed to the permanence of this school at the university over his thirty-four years of existence. The study is grounded theoretically and methodologically in Bakhtin, Benjamin and others who have contributed significantly to the study gained consistency in the reflections recorded here. The methodology was designed under the aegis of the encounter with the other, on the understanding that the words with all aspects of meanings that do not belong to one individual, but bridges that were released between me and all these other research
