A educação profissional na perspectiva do adolescente em conflito com a lei

Abstract

This research aims to present the perception of young people in conflict with the law, abide by social Socio measured at center of Hospitalization about Organic Grower Course run by the Federal Institute of Amapá, through the National Program for Access to Technical Education and Employment (PRONATEC). The objective of this study is to investigate whether expectations were met adolescents in conflict with the law. The specific objectives were to identify the socioeconomic profile of adolescents in conflict with the law who participated in the courses of Initial and Continuing Education at the Federal Institute of Amapá; investigate the perception of adolescents in conflict with the law in socio measure Admission on courses of Initial and Continuing Education for their future life and identify pedagogical proposals set out by the Federal Institute of Amapá that address the care of adolescents in conflict with the law , focusing on Vocational Education. Participated in the survey twenty-three teenagers and two technicians and the methodology of this study is qualitative. The instruments used were semi-structured questionnaire and interviews. These were applied individually and systematized notes in a field journal. All ethical principles of human research were respected. The results showed that despite the challenges and difficulties encountered in daily Socio Center, such as escape, disinterest, lack of motivation, and that despite this population find themselves emotionally scarred due to deprivation of liberty and the biological and emotional changes from this step of life, it is possible to perform activities related to vocational training. Educational activities developed by the Federal Institute of Amapá, under the detention of youth, provide for the guarantee of the right to vocational education aimed at social transformation of teenagers who live on the margins of society, with low education, drug users and reiterations in offenses so they can build new social meanings.
